A resident of Middleborough was summonsed for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration. Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Ave. for a report of a single-vehicle crash. After an investigation, it was determined that the operator’s registration had been suspended by the state of New York for violation of toll collection.
