Cambridge Police responded Rockingham Street for a person trespassing and attempting to steal a bicycle. A report was taken.

MEMORIAL DR
Cambridge Police observed a female in the parking lot of 700 Memorial Drive roaming around. Through an investigation, it was revealed Marie Costa, 47, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, had stolen items out of a motor vehicle. Costa was placed under arrest and charged with Breaking and Entering to a Motor Vehicle at Night for a Felony.

WARRANT ARREST REPORT

BRATTLE ST
Cambridge Police placed David Kuidis, 31, 39 Boylston Street in Boston, under arrest for warrants out of Boston District Court for Assault and Battery and Quincy District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon. Police were investigating a separate matter on Story Street, when they were flagged down for a person trespassing and being unruly for staff asking him to vacate the property. During the investigation, the party in question was found to have warrants and was placed under arrest.

Cambridge Police responded to Broadway for a report of a shoplifter at a business. Upon arrival, the suspect was subsequently identified as Kevin Wells, 48, 780 Albany Street in Boston, had warrants for various charges including Assault and Battery on Ambulance Personnel, Trespass, and Malicious Destruction, etc. Wells was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital for medical attention due to suspected substance use prior to this incident.
