COLUMBIA ST
Cambridge Police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a bicyclist. The bicyclist failed to stop at a red light and crashed into the rear driver side door of the involved vehicle. The bicyclist sustained a laceration on their chin and was treated on scene then transported to a Boston hospital for further treatment. The bicyclist was issued a citation for a Red-Light Violation.

Cambridge Police responded to a call for an unwanted person that was inside a private Third Street residence who subsequently fled the scene on foot. Cambridge Police arrived on scene and were able to locate the individual in the area. As a result, Julio Carniero, 36, Unhoused, was placed under arrest for Breaking and Entering in the Daytime for Felony, and Person in Fear.
