A resident reported being the victim of fraud by means of an unknown male impersonating Microsoft personnel. The resident received a pop-up window on their computer stating their computer had been infected with a virus and then called the Microsoft support phone number provided. The male on the phone impersonating Microsoft personnel instructed them to send money to correct the issue.
