Khary Daise, 28, of Boston, MA was arrested for possession with intent to distribute a class B substance (crack cocaine) and destruction of evidence after an officer observed him weighing suspected crack cocaine on a digital scale. When Daise was stopped by Police, he eventually spit out a baggy containing suspected crack cocaine.
