Police responded to a breaking and entering to a business on the 500 block of Concord Avenue. Officers were able to locate the suspect. Kelly Desilier, 34, of Brockton, was placed under arrest for breaking and entering nighttime, malicious destruction of property, and possession of a burglarious instrument.
