Police responded to a bank on the 600 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a report of identity fraud in which an individual was claiming to be someone else using a fake ID in an attempt to access bank account information. Donnell Niehaus, 67, of Florida was arrested for Use of a False RMV Document, Conspiracy, Identity Fraud, and Receipt of Improper Credit Card.
