Jamal Bernard, 30, of Mattapan, MA was arrested for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Class A Drug, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle as well as an active warrant out of Lynn District Court. Charles Young, 37, of Boston, MA was arrested for Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law and Possession of a Class B Drug.
