Kenyatta Starkes, 40, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest for shoplifting and three warrants out of Boston District Court. Starkes was seen grabbing items from a retail store on the 500 block of Massachusetts Avenue and putting them in a personal bag. Police determined Starkes had three active warrants out of Boston.
