Police conducted a stop for an individual who was operating a moped without a helmet on the 1000 block of Massachusetts Avenue. Upon further observation, it was found the individual had two warrants. James Powell, 52, of Roxbury MA was arrested for warrants out of Roxbury District Court and Brookline District Court.
