Officers witnessed a group of individuals who appeared to be using narcotics on the 0 block of Cambridgepark Drive. Officers approached the group and identified themselves. As a result of the investigation, Peter Allan, 40, of Norwood was arrested and charged with Possession of Class A drug, Possession of Class B drug. Elizabeth Ruperto, 51, of Somerville was arrested and charged with Possession of Class B drug. Emily Parsons, 34, of Somerville was arrested and charged with Possession of Class B with intent to distribute and Possession of Class C.

Officers observed drug activity in a back corner of the Alewife MBTA station. An individual during the incident was observed ripping a cell phone out of another’s person’s hand in a threatening manner. The individual began to run from officers and was observed throwing a bicycle and hitting another person. Lamaar Martin, 42, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for unarmed Robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police responded to the 200 block of Western Avenue and Kinnaird Street for a report of two suspicious parties "opening packages on porches". Two parties matching the description were located nearby. After further investigation, it was found the two packages had been ripped open, and subsequently left, on the front staircase of a residence on Western Ave. The contents of both packages were removed without permission of the owner. An Individual was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for larceny and defacing property.
