DAVENPORT ST
Officers observed two individuals loitering in a loading dock area overnight. After the individuals were identified, it was determined one of them had an active warrant. Patrick Harrington, 32, of Randolph, MA was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Boston District Court.

Police conducted a motor vehicle stop that failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Green Street and Pleasant Street. It was determined the operator was impaired. Jair Moreno-Jara, 31, of Revere, was placed under arrest for OUI Liquor, failing to stop at a stop sign, and number plate violation.

On the 1700 block of Massachusetts Avenue. officers recognized an individual who was known to have an active warrant. Mark Busuito, 38, of Milford, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Boston District.

BISHOP ALLEN DR
Police were on patrol near Bishop Allen Drive and Columbia Street. Officers observed an occupied Toyota Camry idling in a parking space. The registration plate attached to the Toyota belonged to another vehicle. After identifying the operator, it was discovered they had two active warrants. Julien LaBonte, 30, of Boston, was placed under arrest for warrants out of West Roxbury District Court and Dorchester District Court. LaBonte was also summonsed to Cambridge District Court attaching plates, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

GREEN ST
Police observed 3 individuals loitering at Pleasant Street and Green Street. As an officer approached, one of the individuals was observed loading a needle with what was believed to be heroin from a cooker. Additional loaded needles and drug paraphernalia were in the general vicinity of the three people. It was determined all three individuals had active warrants. Victoria Shunamon, 39, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest for an active warrant out of Cambridge District Court. Devon Reddick, 42, of Everett was placed under arrest for an active warrant out of Malden District Court. Reddick was also charged with Possession of a Class A Substance and Subsequent Offense. James Bean, 38, of Haverhill was placed under arrest for six active warrants out of Boston, Roxbury, Brighton and Brookline District Courts. Bean was also charged with Possession of a Class A Substance, Subsequent Offense, and tampering or destruction of evidence.
