Officers conducted a traffic stop on Carlisle Street after they observed a vehicle that failed to stop at a red light. During the stop, officers found that the vehicle operator’s license was suspended. As a result, Masud Muhammad, 23, of Stoughton, MA was arrested for Fail to Stop/Yield and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended/Revoked License.

As a result, the motor vehicle operator out of Boston will be summonsed for Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Unlicensed Operation of Motor Vehicle, and Motorcycle Passenger Violation.
