Police responded for a stolen scooter report. The owner told officers they tracked down the scooter using a location device. When officers confronted the individuals who were in possession of the scooter, it was learned both individuals had active warrants. Jenna Jordan-Davis, 37, of Gloucester, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Gloucester. Hector Maldonado, 44, unhoused, was placed under arrest for warrants outside of Boston. A report was taken for the stolen scooter.
