LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED, OP MV WITH C90 S23

PEARL ST
Police conducted a traffic stop on Massachusetts Avenue after an officer observed an operator fail to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk. During the traffic stop, the operator provided a false name to officers and then physically resisted and fled from officers when they attempted to place him in custody. Kerby Cetoute, 27, of Malden, was placed under arrest and is being charged in Cambridge District Court with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a false identity, drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, crosswalk violation, and four counts of receiving a lost credit card.

Police responded to the 0 block of Longfellow Park for an assault. The victim told officers there was a verbal dispute and a knife was shown. William Bohn, 60, unhoused, was placed under arrest and charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon (knife).
