BRATTLE ST
Police responded for a report of a disturbance on the 0 block of Brattle Street. William Lawrence, 38, of Boston, was placed under arrest for Assault By A Dangerous Weapon. After an investigation it was determined that Lawrence had been standing outside of a restaurant, screaming threats and profanities at strangers who were sitting nearby. Lawrence then threw a heavy glass/cup at an individual, shattering the cup in front of the invidual, placing them in fear of being hurt.

Police responded to Kelly Road to follow up on a previous incident involving a probation violation of another individual. It was determined another individual at that location had multiple warrants. As a result, Shantel Phifer, 28, of Cambridge, was arrested for six warrants out of Boston, Waltham, Dorchester, and Chelsea District Courts.

SOMERVILLE AVE
Officers witnessed a group of individuals sitting on a staircase on the 800 block of Somerville Avenue. As officers approached, they observed multiple individuals with what appeared to be narcotics in their immediate possession as well as drug paraphernalia on the stairs and ground around them. A bag with stolen credit cards was also located. Misty Lottmann, 23, of Somerville, was placed under arrest for drug possession (Class A), conspiracy to violate drug law, and receiving stolen property. Jacob MacDonagh, 43, of Pembroke, was placed under arrest for drug possession (Class A), conspiracy to violate drug law, and receiving stolen property. A third individual was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for drug possession (Class A), conspiracy to violate drug law, and carrying a dangerous weapon (knife/second offense).

Police were notified by a victim of a scooter theft that they located their scooter in the possession of an individual. Officers responded to the area where the scooter was last seen and observed a male with the scooter. Kevin Lundgren, 40, of Abington, was placed under arrest for receiving stolen property. Lundgren also had four warrants out of Abington, South Boston, Weymouth and Duxbury District Courts.

Officers observed an individual attempting to unlock a locked motorized scooter in the area of Brattle Square. Alexendra Ange, 37, of Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Attempt to Commit a Crime.
