Police observed a motor vehicle proceed through an intersection and then was flagged down by several people who said the vehicle was driving on three wheels. The motor vehicle was stopped. An individual, who had been operating the motor vehicle, was being loud and confrontational. Officers observed an individual in the driver’s seat with potential signs of being intoxicated. The driver at first started backing up towards an officer and an open container of alcohol could be seen. Trevor Mullin, 48, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, stop/fail to yield, OUI-Liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, license suspended (subsequent offense) and drinking alcohol from an open container.

While investigating criminal activity with a person in custody, an individual approached them and would not keep a safe distance. The individual pushed their way between officers and the person in custody causing unsafe conditions for the officers while they were making an arrest. Joie Jones, 43, of Cambridge was placed under arrest for interfering with a Police Officer (Common Law) and Disorderly Conduct.
