Police responded to a business on the 500th block of Massachusetts Ave for reports of shoplifting, one patron was observed concealing items on his persons. The party was identified as Leo Henry, 45, Unhoused and was searched for more items and a star shaped special weapon was found. Henry was subsequently arrested for Carrying a Dangerous Weapon and Shoplifting.
