Police responded to the 0 block of Marcella St for a report of a male trespassing on the property. The male was found to have entered the apartment building through the locked front door. The individual had returned having previously been warned and removed 10 minutes prior. Gasmithe Julien, 46, unhoused, was arrested for trespassing.
