What is a Digital Navigator?

Digital Navigators aim to bridge the digital divide in our community. They provide one-on-one support to help you access the Internet, set up devices, and use online services effectively. Digital Navigators can help you with:

  • Using smartphones, tablets, and computers
  • Guidance on accessing online services (healthcare, job applications, housing, education)
  • Safety tips for online privacy and security

 

Eligible community members can receive a free laptop and internet hotspot through the Digital Navigator Program.

How do I book an appointment with a Digital Navigator?

To book an appointment with the Cambridge Public Library Digital Navigator you can call 888.551.2167 or send an email to GetHelp@MassDigitalJEDI.org.
