A Cambridge financial institution reported that a customer  deposited two checks that were returned unpaid by the issuing bank. Prior to the checks being returned, funds were accessed by the account holder, causing a loss to the bank.

Albin Gonzalez, 23, of 39 Skylar St 15 Dorchester, MA was arrested for the charge of Larceny over $250. Albin was stopped by lost prevention of a Cambridge retail store after they observed him concealing clothing items in a bag and leave without paying.
