On 3/20/2014, a female resident of Boston was issued a summons to appear in court for the charge of leaving the scene of property damage. A witness reported that her vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident, which caused damage to a parked motor vehicle and left the scene without giving any information.

CAMBRIDGE ST
On 3/20/14 at approximately 11:25PM, Cambridge Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Cambridge Street near Dana Street. After speaking with the owner of the Nissan, Orlando Suero, 27, of
66 Beach Point Place, Dorchester, MA, it was determined that Suero was the operator of the Nissan, which was driven on the wrong side of Cambridge Street, struck another vehicle that was driving in the correct lane of traffic, and side swiped a parked vehicle. Upon making observations of Suero, it was determined that his speech was slurred, his eyes were blood shot and glassy, and he was unsteady on his feet. Standardized Field Sobriety tests were performed and failed by Suero. Suero was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of alcohol and operating to endanger due to his reckless.
