James Super, 55, 270 Huntington Ave #208, Boston, was arrested for a straight warrant issued out of Cambridge District Court on April 2, 2014 for two counts of Assault and Battery on a person 60-years-old or older and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person 65-years-old or older.

Third Street is considered a public way in the City of Cambridge.
