Timothy Sisko, 31, 6 Jefferson Street, Winthrop, was placed under arrest at Mass Ave. Sisko had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was also charged with Ch. 272 s.53 Disorderly Conduct, Ch. 85 11C Bicycle Violation Refuse to Identify, and two counts of Ch. 85 s11B Bicycle Violation.
