The Cambridge Police Department responded to a call for an assault and battery at a Massachusetts Ave. nightclub. After an investigation, it was determined that a patron and a staff member had assaulted each other.

Kenneth Reed, 21, 74 Adams Street of Roxbury, was arrested in front of Massachusetts Ave after he was observed punching another person. Reed was also charged with resisting arrest after resisting efforts by uniformed officers to place him in handcuffs.

Elizabeth Almeida, 27, 22 Horace Street of Somerville, was arrested outside of Massachusetts Ave. for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon after being observed by three Cambridge Police Officers striking a male over the head with her purse. This incident happened after Cambridge Police responded to a report of a large fight outside of a Massachusetts Ave. nightclub.

Salnave Berrouet Jr., 25, 794 Moody Street of Waltham, was arrested for OUI second offense, after police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in which one motor vehicle had heavy front end damage. Upon arrival officers found a motor vehicle with heavy front end damage and an operator who was later identified as Berrouet.
