A Medford resident was issued a criminal citation after she was stopped operating her motor vehicle on Prospect Street with a snow-covered rear window. A query of the driver’s information revealed she had no license to operate a vehicle in Massachusetts.

A resident of Cambridge was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license while operating an unregistered motor vehicle after an infraction at the intersection of Kinnaird Street and Western Avenue.

An employee of a North Cambridge Mass Ave business reports finding the business safe broken into and receipts missing. Entry was gained via breaking thru drywall from an interior common hallway. This incident occurred between 2/24/15 at 9 p.m. and 10:30 a.m. on 2/25/15.

A black Nissan Altima made a u-turn on Monsignor O'Brien Highway at Third Street. The Nissan almost caused an accident causing oncoming traffic, who had the right away, to break suddenly. The operator did not have a license and the motor vehicle was towed. The driver was issued a citation.

A Cambridge resident contacted Cambridge Police after discovering she had been a victim of a 'Flim Flam' scheme over the phone. The victim states that while at work she received an unsolicited cell phone call from an unknown male suspect who eventually convinced her to wire some money out of state in order to assist an injured family member who supposedly was injured after a motor vehicle accident. Soon after wiring the money, the victim discovered that the family member was never involved in any motor vehicle accident and that she had been a victim of an ongoing scam.

WHITE ST
Cambridge Police responded to White Street for a shoplifting. A witness stated that he observed Anthony Greeley-Cefalo, 29, 129 Pemberton Street in Revere, on close captioned security, place $369.65 of merchandise in a shopping basket and leave the store without making payment. Greeley-Cefalo was stopped outside the store by loss prevention with the unpaid items and placed under arrest for larceny over $250. While confirming his identity through the Emergency Communications Center, a warrant out of Malden District Court was discovered.

Noel Saltman, 29, 11 Putnam Gardens 101 in Cambridge, was arrested for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault & Battery on a Public Employee after refusing to leave a property. While being escorted, she kicked an officer with a shod foot and spit at an officer.

GORE ST
Cambridge Police on traffic enforcement observed a Toyota RAV4 proceed through a solid red traffic signal on Cambridge Street at the intersection of Third Street. Police conducted a motor vehicle stop. After an RMV inquiry and police investigation, it was found that the operator was unlicensed according to RMV records. A Lowell resident was issued a Criminal Citation and summonsed to court at a later date.
