Kevin Wells, 40, of 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested in Central Square after an investigation revealed that he had a warrant charging him with felonious Burglary and Larceny offenses.

As a result of a motor vehicle stop on Fulkerson Street, a Roxbury resident will be summonsed for operating a motor vehicle without a license and stop sign violation.

Daniel Noonan, 34, of 16 Chappie Street in Charlestown, was arrested for marked lanes violation, operating on a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of a badge. Noonan was observed going straight from a clearly marked turning only lane, while operating a motor vehicle whose registration was expired (exp. 6/14), with his MA driver’s license suspended. When stopped Noonan brandished a fireman’s badge in an attempt to get himself out of a ticket.
