Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Ave. for an alarm call. Upon arrival, it was found that someone had broken into the store and stole a laptop.

BROADWAY

Cambridge Police units responded to a Broadway convenience store for a report of a motion alarm triggered from inside of the store. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the front glass door had been smashed by a brick. Cambridge Police units searched the premises, but did not locate a suspect.

Nakeda Strothers, 22, from 6 Eaton Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest at his residence by virtue of two outstanding warrants for his arrest.

MACARELLI WAY

Natalia Carreiro, 30, from 38 Hunting Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest in the vicinity of Jefferson Street and charged with two counts of Breaking & Entering to a motor vehicle. Carreiro was observed by two witnesses pulling on the door handles of numerous motor vehicles. Carreiro was further observed to have gained access into two motor vehicles, entering one and setting the alarm off on the other once the door was opened.

A Winchester resident reports her motor vehicle was struck while parked at a garage.

ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY

Loss Prevention officers at a local business observed two females attempting to leave the store after concealing grocery items valued at $265.59 in two bags. They were detained by Loss Prevention and the Cambridge police were dispatched. Lindsay Robinson, 24, from 60 Pine Street in Malden, and Kelsey Raboin, 22, from 60 Pine Street in Malden, were placed under arrest.

Cambridge Police officers conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Mass Ave and Prospect Street. The operator was found to be operating a motor vehicle with an expired Mass License. He was summonsed for operating an Unlicensed Motor Vehicle.
