COLUMBIA ST
Mierion Tecleberhan, 19, from 808 Memorial Drive 201 in Cambridge, was observed operating a motor vehicle and committing a civil motor vehicle infraction on the public way. It was discovered that Tecleberhan was operating a rental car. When asked if he was on the rental agreement Tecleberhan responded "no." Tecleberhan could not provide any other information of the individual who rented the vehicle, besides a first name of "Joe". Tecleberhan was subsequently placed under arrest for use without authority of a motor vehicle.

Karina DeOliveira, 26, from 172 Bow Street in Everett, was stopped for failing to stop for a red light at Mass Ave. and Chauncy Street. An investigation revealed that DeOliviera was driving without a Massachusetts’ Driver’s License and was placed under arrest.

An employee of a Brattle Street business reported that a black male asked for a bag and put something in the bag and then placed it under a counter and left. The employee called police to investigate and it was learned that the bag contained stolen items from various stores.

An employee of a local hospital states that an unknown suspect gained entry into her locked office and stole her wallet. The suspect found a master key in the receptionist’s desk and used that to enter the locked office. The victim received notifications from her credit card companies shortly after the theft informing her that her cards have been fraudulently used in Boston.

Ronald Sparks, 58, from 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested at a local hospital. During the course of attempting to medically treat him, Sparks bit one Cambridge Police Officer and punched/pushed two Public Safety Officers.

A Monsignor O'Brien Highway resident reports that between 4/1/15-4/3/15, he became the victim of a larceny when he attempted to rent an apartment in San Francisco. The victim --after wiring funds to a male -- discovered that the apartment he attempted to rent did not exist.
