Cambridge Police responded to the area of Warren Street for a suspicious party. Witnesses state that a male was looking into a vehicle and attempted numerous times to attempt to make entry to the vehicle. The male was identified and will be summonsed for attempted breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in the nighttime for a misdemeanor.

A Malden resident was cited and summonsed for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a License (90/10) and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Officers observed the suspect operating her motor vehicle on Cambridge Street in with an expired registration sticker. A query of the registration revealed the registered owner had an expired license and the registration was in fact expired.

The suitcase was checked by a member of the Cambridge Police Explosive Ordinance Unit and an Explosive Detection K-9.
