07/23/2015 02:19 INCIDENT 15005445 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	WILLOW ST Cambridge Police responded to Willow Street for a Breaking and Entering in progress. Officers found Peter Gittens, 42, 200 Willow Street in Cambridge, inside of an apartment that he had gained access to through a window by pushing in an air conditioning unit. Gittens was placed under arrest for B&E in the Nighttime.
07/23/2015 04:03 INCIDENT 15005447 ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME c274 S6	SOMERVILLE AVE Cambridge Police responded to a glass break alarm at Somerville Ave. It was later found that the upstairs window and glass door to a pharmacy was broken after a suspect attempted to break into the pharmacy.

07/23/2015 10:27 INCIDENT 15005451 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE, 2ND OFF. c266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Eddy Pamphile, 33, homeless, was arrested for shoplifting from a retail establishment after employees observed Pamphile walk down an aisle in the store, unravel a plastic bag and begin to place items into the bag as he scanned the isle. Pamphile then walked out of the store, past all points of sale never rendering payment for the items. The incident was also captured on video surveillance.

At the time of this incident, the involved parties did not contact any agencies to assist them.

07/23/2015 17:08 INCIDENT 15005465 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	BERKSHIRE ST A Berkshire Street resident reported his locked bike stolen from a bike rack in front of his residence. Frame and wheel were stolen, with the other wheel and lock left at the scene.

A motor vehicle fitting the description provided was later stopped and searched, but no guns or weapons were located.
