ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY

Police stopped a motor vehicle for failing to yield to vehicular traffic in the rotary. A check of the operator's driver's license revealed that it was suspended and that operator had a warrant on him. Paul Cahill, 42, 0 Birchwood Terrace, Groveland, MA, was subsequently arrested on a warrant for Larceny Over $250 and Breaking Into a Depository, and for Operating a Motor Vehicle With a Suspended License and Failing to Yield.

A homeless man reported that he gave a female known to him over $15,000 in cash because she promised that she could get him a condo with the down payment. He stated that he has not seen or heard from this woman again and that his money is now gone.

Mary Dunbar, 60 Coleman Street, Malden, and Ian Anderson, Homeless, were arrested and charged with Open & Gross Lewdness. The individuals were observed by an onlooker engaging in sexual intercourse in the old burial ground, which is in full public view to pedestrians and patrons of Harvard Square.

A New York resident reported that a motor vehicle rear ended his own motor vehicle near Main Street and Ames Street, causing damage to the rear, and then fled the scene without making himself known.
