Police stopped a motor vehicle for failing to yield to vehicular traffic in
the rotary. A check of the operator's driver's license revealed that it was suspended
and that operator had a warrant on him. Paul Cahill, 42, 0 Birchwood Terrace,
Groveland, MA, was subsequently arrested on a warrant for Larceny Over $250
and Breaking Into a Depository, and for Operating a Motor Vehicle With a
Suspended License and Failing to Yield.

arrested and charged with Open & Gross Lewdness. The individuals were
observed by an onlooker engaging in sexual intercourse in the old burial
ground, which is in full public view to pedestrians and patrons of Harvard
Square.
