Tyrone Hines, 20, 37 Bradwood Street, Roslindale, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Affray, and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon. The offender was observed participating in an affray with an unknown female at a public event. Cambridge Police attempted to separate all parties during the affray. While in the process of being restrained, Hines swung with an open palm, striking the officer in the right bicep while exclaiming profanities towards the officers. It was also discovered during a pat frisk of Hines that he was in possession of a knife during the disturbance.
