John Ioazza, 56, 402 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, was placed under arrest on Main Street and charged with Shoplifting by Asportation, Attempted Larceny (x2), and Attempt to Commit Crime after officers observed him stealing from a street vendor and attempting to steal a locked up bicycle.
