residence through a slightly open window and took a laptop and some cash. The
victim was at home, sleeping at the time, and did not notice any suspicious

cyclist sustained serious injuries and was conveyed to a local hospital and

David Cunningham, 53, 9 Violet Avenue, Dedham, was placed under arrest for
Open and Gross Lewdness after he was observed by police urinating on the
sidewalk in full view of the public.

An Arlington resident was doored while riding his bicycle on Massachusetts
Avenue in Central Square. He was thrown from the bike and struck his head. Ambulance
services and Cambridge Fire responded and treated the bicyclist for minor
non-life threatening injuries.

Brian Doherty, 11 Oak Street, Auburn, was placed under arrest for Operating
Under the Influence of Alcohol. Police responded to Sherman Street for a
report of a motor vehicle accident where one operator was intoxicated. A
witness stated they observed Doherty exit his vehicle after striking two
parked vehicles. Doherty was given Standard Field Sobriety Tests and his
performance of the tests allowed Police to determine that he was under the
influence of alcohol.
