09/22/2015 06:02 INCIDENT 15007169 TRESPASS c266 S120	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Scott Hilton, 55, Homeless, was arrested and charged with Trespassing, Public Drinking, and Shoplifting. Hilton was observed by officers drinking a stolen bottle of Listerine mouthwash in public, which he stole from a business that he was trespassed from only hours earlier.
09/22/2015 07:19 INCIDENT 15007170 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	FRANKLIN ST Police responded to the area of Franklin Street and Pearl Street for an individual trespassing. The suspect identified as Wisly Abel, 29, 43 Home Street, Springfield, was placed under arrest after an investigation revealed he had two warrants out of Cambridge District Court and one out of Haverhill District Court.

09/22/2015 10:34 INCIDENT 15007173 LICENSE SUSPENDED, OP MV WITH c90 S23	CHERRY ST A Cambridge resident was summonsed to court for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Driver’s License. This was determined from a license query when the operator was stopped for failing to stop at a red light.
09/22/2015 10:59 INCIDENT 15007174	GARDEN ST A Marshfield resident reported that an unknown person stole his pet between 10 and 11 am while it was tied to a park bench in Cambridge.
09/22/2015 11:31 INCIDENT 15007176 IDENTITY FRAUD	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Cambridge resident reported that an unknown suspect attempted to use her identity to deposit a fraudulent check into her bank account.
09/22/2015 12:31 INCIDENT 15007175 LEWDNESS, OPEN AND GROSS c272 S16	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Timothy McManus, 59, 820 Massachusetts Avenue, was placed under arrest after he was observed by a witness urinating on the sidewalk, in plain view of the public.
09/22/2015 14:03 INCIDENT 15007177 ROBBERY +60, UNARMED C265 S19	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A resident of Albany Street reported that an unknown female assaulted him and took $100 cash from his pocket.
09/22/2015 14:37 INCIDENT 15007180 OUI-DRUGS C90 S24	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a call from MIT Police at Massachusetts Avenue for a possible incident of Operating Under the Influence. A pedestrian informed officers that a motor vehicle had struck the curb and almost ran him over on the sidewalk. Field sobriety tests were conducted on the operator and it was determined that Mustafa Ketenci, 25, 63 Pontiac Street, Boston, was impaired by drugs and was placed under arrest for Operating Under the Influence of Drugs, a Marked Lane Violation, Operating After Revocation of License, Negligent Operation and Use without Authority of a Motor Vehicle.

09/22/2015 15:05 INCIDENT 15007184 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CAMBRIDGE ST The operator of a motor vehicle drove into the fence belonging to a Cambridge Street business. The operator then fled the scene of the accident without stopping to identifying themselves.
09/22/2015 15:27 INCIDENT 15007183 ASSAULT c265 S13A	WOODBRIDGE ST Police responded to Woodbridge Street for a report of an assault in progress.
09/22/2015 16:13 INCIDENT 15007187 FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE ON COURT WARRANT c276 S20A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Nizamur Rahman, 28, 6312 North Macarthur Boulevard, Irving, TX, was placed under arrest for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle after he was stopped for texting while driving in front of Massachusetts Avenue. A subsequent query revealed that Rahman had a warrant out of Texas for Driving Under the Influence and he was additionally charged as a Fugitive from Justice.

09/22/2015 16:30 INCIDENT 15007188 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a Massachusetts Avenue dental office for a report of a larceny in progress. The victim reported that a woman came into the office and snatched a pair of surgical glasses from the front desk.
09/22/2015 16:55 INCIDENT 15007189 MISC. REPORT TYPE	BROADWAY While conducting out of town pick-up enforcement, a Boston taxi driver was issued a city ordinance citation for picking up a hailed fare in Cambridge.
09/22/2015 18:16 INCIDENT 15007193 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY Loss Prevention officers of a clothing store in the Fresh Pond area reported that an employee had taken money from a customer.
09/22/2015 19:13 INCIDENT 15007194 *IMPROPER OPERATION OF MV, ALLOW C90 S12**	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Roxbury resident was summonsed to court for Allowing Improper Operation of his Motor Vehicle after the unlicensed operator of his motor vehicle was stopped for texting and driving.
09/22/2015 20:05 INCIDENT 15007196 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	JFK ST The manager of a retail establishment at John F Kennedy Street reported 2 shoplifting incidents with the stolen property totaling up to $556.00.
09/22/2015 20:41 INCIDENT 15007197 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME c275 S2	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Revere resident reported that when he made a phone call to a restaurant to leave a message for the owner he was threatened by the manager.
