ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
A Revere resident reported that he lost his cellphone at a convenience store
on Alewife Brook Parkway. When he discovered it was missing he returned to
the store to look for it, unsuccessfully. He then used a phone from to store
to call his own and an unknown male answered his phone and stated he had
found it and wanted $100 to give it back. The victim initially agreed, but
the person who had the phone never showed up. All further attempts to contact
the suspect proved negative.

Eric Clark, 47, 33 Kristen Road, Plymouth, was placed under arrest for Disorderly
Conduct, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, and Resisting Arrest. Clark
was observed in Central Square making gestures to passersby as though he had
a gun and he panhandled, struck an officer with his shoulder after he was
informed he was being placed under arrest and actively resisted officers
commands to place his hands behind his back and flailed his arms and
struggled in the front entry vestibule to a Massachusetts Avenue business
before being placed into handcuffs.

A Florida resident reported that on 11/01 an unknown person(s) took the
wallet from her purse while she was at an establishment on Massachusetts Avenue.
The purse contained several credit cards and debit cards and all were fraudulently
used by the time she called to cancel them.

A Boston resident reported that she was illegally towed on 10/29 from Otis Street.
At the time she parked there, there were no signs posted and this was unusual
as there had been on-going construction there for months. When the reporting
person returned, her car was gone and brand new, dry paper "NO
PARKING" signs had been erected. She stated that she confronted the
contractor and he admitted that the street signs had probably blown off
during the night.

A Cambridge resident’s motor vehicle was towed for street cleaning on
Broadway. In an attempt to contact the owner, it was discovered the vehicle
was uninsured and unregistered. The owner of the motor vehicle was
consequently summonsed to court.

about an assault that occurred in Harvard Square. The reporting person stated
that an unknown male came up to her, struck her in the face, took her coat,

theft. The reporting person stated that an unknown person had applied for a
