Henry Lopez-Escobar, 46, 688 Hotto Tond Road, Aiken, South Carolina, was
placed under arrest for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
Lopez-Escobar was observed by police officers taking a right turn onto
Massachusetts Avenue and failing to signal, and his unlicensed status was
discovered following the traffic stop.

Destruction of Property, and on two warrants out of Dorchester Municipal
Court for Shoplifting by Asportation, Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon
(x2) and Assault and Battery.
