Eduardo Ruiz, 33, of 7 Hall Street 2, Lawrence, MA, was arrested for OUI
Liquor and Witness Intimidate after he directly and willfully misled Cambridge
Police during an investigation of an abandoned motor vehicle that had crashed
into a tree in front of Mt. Auburn Street. Ruiz was also cited for reckless operation
of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene property damage after a witness
reported the same motor vehicle being involved in a hit-and-run in the area
of Massachusetts Avenue.
