A Medford resident reports that while walking on the path between a manufacturing company and the Alewife T Station, he was approached by three males who reportedly began punching him in the face and told him to give them his wallet. He told them he did not have a wallet, so they attempted to take his backpack. They did not get the backpack and instead they fled the area towards Route 16. The suspects were described as a white male who was heavy set, a light-skinned mixed race male and he was not able to describe the third male. The victim refused medical attention.
