Identification of Victim Struck by Motor Vehicle in Cambridge Confirmed

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has confirmed the identity of a pedestrian, who was struck by a motor vehicle yesterday morning at approximately 5:56 a.m. at the intersection of Somerville Avenue and White Street in Cambridge. The victim has been identified as Marcie Mitler, 63, of Cambridge. The victim was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital yesterday where she succumbed to her injuries. This is an open and active investigation; therefore, no additional information will be released at this time.
