Cambridge Police responded to a local hospital for a report of a past assault. After an investigation and victim identification, Anthony Wall, 23, homeless, was placed under arrest for two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Two victims stated that Wall assaulted them with a shovel on Palmer Street.

Cambridge Police were flagged down in regard to a disturbance on Norfolk Street in Central Square. Upon arrival, officers witnessed Joseph Haynes, 31, of 172 Cherry & Webb Lane in Westport Point, kick another male who was lying on the ground. Haynes was placed under arrest and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

The victim believes that the $2,894.90 check was fraudulent, and she had already deposited the check into a bank in Arlington.
