Officers observed a Volkswagen Golf driving recklessly on Memorial Drive in
the wrong direction and almost collided with three vehicles. The vehicle was
stopped and the operator -- Abraham Ramirez, 32, 361 Bowling Street in
Dorchester -- was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of
alcohol, operating to Endanger, Operating without a license, attaching number
plates, and having an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.
