Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested James Rouse, 24, of 48 Woodstock Avenue in Brighton for distribution of a class D substance, possession with intent to distribute a class D substance, possession of a class C substance, conspiracy to violate controlled substances, and resisting arrest. James Shepard, 52, of 109 Stchool Street in Cambridge, was also arrested for distribution of a class A substance, possession of a class D substance, and conspiracy to violate controlled substances.
