A resident of Harvard Street stated that an unknown person(s) stole her package on 6/15/16 sometime after 11:25 a.m.

LARCENY OVER $250 BY SINGLE SCHEME c266 S30

NORFOLK ST

A resident of Norfolk Street reported being scammed out of $2,300 after answering a Craigslist ad for an apartment on Third Street. The resident sent $2,300 to the suspect claiming to be the building manager. The suspect then ceased communication shortly after money was sent.

OUI-LIQUOR, C90 S24



Luis Bernardo, 50, 9 Carlton Way in Somerville, was arrested for OUI Liquor after Cambridge Police observed him driving on McGrath Highway straddling and weaving the first and second lane of the highway. Officers followed the driver before he abruptly turned right into a parking lot. Officers approached the motor vehicle that was now parked in two parking spots with Bernardo operating and they observed an open 16 oz. Bud Light can in a cup holder. Bernardo agreed to take a Standardized Field Sobriety Test, which he performed poorly and was placed under arrest for OUI Liquor.
