Cambridge Police arrested Dariel Valentin, 26, of 911 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester, and charged him with Distribution of a Class A Substance - Heroin and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substances Act. Robert Bessette, 33, of 820 Mass Avenue in Cambridge, was also arrested and charged with Possession of a Class A Substance - Heroin and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substances Act.
