12/08/2016 14:09 INCIDENT 16008899 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE, 3RD OFF. c266 S30A | ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY Cambridge Police responded to a retail store at Alewife Brook Parkway for a report of a shoplifting. Christopher Reed, 30, homeless, was placed under arrest for Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise and Receiving Stolen Property. Reed was observed on video camera by Loss Prevention staff concealing $210 worth of merchandise. Reed was in possession of an article of clothing in its original factory packaging and gave conflicting accounts of where he had gotten it from. Reed was also found to have a warrant out of Somerville District Court for Larceny over $250. |
