On March 4, 2017, Joao Paulo Bairos, 33, of 17 Indiana Avenue, Somerville, MA was placed under arrest for O.U.I-Alcohol after he was observed slumped over the center console of his vehicle unresponsive with the keys in the ignition and the vehicle running. He was very disoriented, with glossy eyes, and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage could be detected in the vehicle and on him. He was also unsteady on his feet upon exiting the vehicle and had to use the car to support himself at first. It was determined at this time that he was operating under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest.

On March 3, 2017, Ji Hwan Kim, 21, of 212 Steeplechase Drive, North Wales, PA was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct (c272/s53) and A&B on a Police Officer (c265/s13D) after he was asked to leave a Cambridge restaurant by security. Kim was refusing to leave the restaurant and escorted out of the building by police officers after they were notified by a female passing by the entrance that a disturbance was taking place. The female stated that a male was pushing security staff and trying to damage the door of the restaurant. While officers were attempting to move Kim along from the doorway of the restaurant, Kim pushed an officer and was placed under arrest.
