The Cambridge Police are currently
investigating reports of gunshots that occurred last night on the 300 block of
Elm Street between Cambridge Street and Webster Avenue.
Following calls to the Emergency
Communications Department, Cambridge Police responded to Elm Street last night
at approximately 9:29 p.m. for a report of multiple gunshots. Cambridge Police
canvassed the area and located ballistic evidence on scene, including damage to
a vehicle and siding of a residence. There are currently no reported injuries
or victims.
Upon arrival, witnesses reported
seeing a gray SUV motor vehicle quickly leaving the area towards Somerville
after the gunshots were fired.

into this incident is ongoing.
