The manager of a Harvard Square business reports a light skinned black or Hispanic male shoplifted $50 worth of merchandise from his store. The incident occurred between 7:48 and 7:52 am on 4/6/17. The suspect fled into the Harvard Square MBTA train station.

A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report that she was flim flammed out of money as the result of a text and then a subsequent cell phone call telling her that her boyfriend was in danger. The caller demanded she make deposits into a Puerto Rican bank or they would shoot him.
